No, breakfast services are not provided by our hotel. However, just next door you'll find "Scudieri", one of the city's best cafés.
Which floor are the rooms on?
Tourist House Battistero is situated on the 1st floor of the building in which it is located, so all rooms are therefore on the 1st floor. The building has an elevator.
Does the Hotel have parking?
Yes, we have a parking agreement.
Is there a telephone / TV in the room?
Rooms are equipped with an LCD TV, however they don't have a telephone.
Which languages are spoken at the Hotel reception?
Italian, English, French and some Spanish.
How far is the train station from the Hotel?
The Santa Maria Novella train station is only a 7 minute walk from the hotel.
How far is the airport?
The Peretola airport in Florence is approximately 5 km from the hotel.
How far is the closest bus stop to the hotel?
Just a few metres. We remind you that in the centre of Florence, transport services are available in comfortable electric busses known as "Bussini".
Is it possible to hire a vehicle at the hotel?
Various car hire companies can be found in the area. You won't need a car to visit Florence, as we are located in the city centre and all attractions are just a few minutes' walk away.

Is it possible to book tickets through the hotel for museums, exhibitions...?
Yes, of course.

Are there non-smoking rooms?
Yes, there are.
Are there rooms for the disabled?
Unfortunately we don't have rooms for the disabled and the building does present some architectural difficulties.
How far away are the most important monuments in Florence?
The Duomo di Firenze ("Florence Cathedral") and the Battistero ("Baptistery") are just a few metres away. Piazza della Signoria ("Lords' square"), and Galleria degli Uffizi ("Uffizi Gallery") are just a few minutes' walk away, as are most of the main monuments and tourist attractions in Florence. We boast one of the most central locations in Florence!
